Hire a spit when you want the rotisserie theatre without a full catering crew. We deliver stainless gas equipment (about 2-hour cook, no smoke/mess), help with placement, and can leave an operator on heat duty.

Choose hire for experienced hosts with kitchen help. Choose spit braai catering when you want meat, salads and carving included — chef, sides and service from 40 guests, quote on request.

Commercial notes

• We cater from a minimum of 40 people up to large events across Western Cape / Greater Cape Town.
• Stainless-steel gas spitbraais cook a whole lamb in about 2 hours — versus 7–8 hours on a traditional fire — with no smoke or mess.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms the function.
• A travel levy of r300 is charged for any function exceeding a 40 km return trip from the n1 city area.
• Eating time must be met as agreed on the booking.
• No cheques.
• Package prices are quote on request. We do not publish a rand-per-person rate card.

Space and access

Allow roughly 3×3 m of firm outdoor space, clear trolley access, and venue rules on open flame. Share gate codes and loading notes when you book.

Equipment notes (not a retail shop)

We supply unmarked stainless gas spitbraai equipment for the event — motors, skewers and fuel handled on the day. For a one-off function, hire is usually smarter than buying. Ask about spit size when you book a spit braai.
